Control Blood Pressure


You may see in the before post about to control high blood pressure. There was some steps or ways how can control high blood pressure. You may also follow these steps to control high blood pressure.
  1. Boycott any kinds of smoking and wine. Because that two habit is very harmful for human life. So avoid smoking and wine anyhow.
  2.  Need a standard hour sleep and take a rest after you working. It can reduce your five hours working tiredness if you take five minutes rest.
  3. Take enough potassium-     If you have more level of sodium it may be caused for high blood pressure otherwise you have less potassium in body, it may be caused for high blood   pressure. At least take 4700 milligrams potassium that can get from meat, milk, fruit and vegetables daily. In addition, a middle size banana has 400 milligrams potassium and a middle size tomato has 300 milligrams potassium also. So you have no need to take any kinds of medicine and drugs for potassium.
  4. You must avoid any kind’s anxiety and tension as long as you can. Because it is    one of the main fact for high blood pressure causes. So try to keep cool your head and do your work as a cool man. If you can do it, you can finish your work successfully. It is the best way for controlling your mind well.
  5. Maintain your religious and cultural rules. It may help you to keep your sound mind and make a natural life that is very helpful for preventing high blood pressure and lower blood pressure.
Human life has limit time in life. You need to complete your whole responsibility in this short time. Need to keep and ideal blood pressure for physical and metal health. So try to know more about high blood pressure and lower blood pressure. So try to maintain those options to keep your body from all kinds of disease blood pressure.
