It may be increased two kilograms for per inch height. Keep your waist among a fixed size. It is better for men 36 inch or 90 cm. And it is better for women 32 inch or 80 cm.
  6. Don’t use any kinds of salt, so don’t need to keep salt box on table. But you can only use 2300 milligrams sodium that means eat one spoon salt per day. Also don’t use more salt for any kinds of curry.
